Tessera version 3.8.5 was just released
March 27, 2025
Anadelta Software announces the release of the new Tessera 3.90 Beta, introducing automated roundabout support that offers road design engineers and constructors greater flexibility and precision in their projects.
Tessera’s roundabouts provide a complete set of tools for modeling, analyzing, and designing ring roads and their approaches. Users can easily create a new roundabout, adjust its parameters and specifications, and automatically generate profiles and cross sections for both the ring road and the connected branches.
Multiple approach configurations (single or dual branches) are supported, with options for specification editing, slope calculation, and complex cross-section visualization.
In addition, Tessera automatically calculates the ring model and flow lines, providing not only a realistic representation of the geometry and operation of the roundabout but also valuable tools for checking the elevation design.

Along with the release, a PDF user guide for roundabout design in Tessera is available for download from the Anadelta Software website.

This is also the first Tessera version with high-resolution display support, offering sharper visuals on modern screens (QHD, 4K).
The version is complete and fully functional, and it is being made available now so that users eager to work with it can do so immediately, ahead of the final release.
